For the past seventeen years, In Situ - fabienne leclerc has strived to present a plural vision of contemporary art, developing a roster that spans four continents with artists intensely engaged in dialogue with both global and local cultures. ART-O-RAMA’s location in Marseille, a traditionally rich terrain of encounters between Mediterranean civilizations, is an ideal environment for the gallery’s proposal, providing a backdrop for discussions and discoveries about art’s role in 21st century world culture.
In Situ - fabienne leclerc presents a stand that is a reflection of their diverse roster, with the works of Isreali artist Amir Nave, Beninese artist Meschac Gaba, Iranian artists Rokni and Ramin Haerizadeh and Hesam Rahmanian, and young French artist Vivien Roubaud engaging in dialogues that span different age groups, cultural backgrounds and artistic mediums and practices.
